Great experience! I had installed a basic speaker and deck from crutchfield but just wasn't happy with the sound. So after a year or so of suffering with crappy sound I went here to see what they could do. I was upfront on my lack of knowledge on sound systems and pricing, but Stefan was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Came up with a fair price and even had the time to have his team do the install same day! Highly recommend, its always worth the money for quality customer service, especially these days when its so hard to find.

Lifesavers, had an old security system in my car from two owners ago that was crapping out. They were able to get me in same day and were done in an hour. If I had tried doing it myself, it likely would've been a full day of suffering. Thank you and if I need anything else, I'll definitely be coming back.

I recently had stereo equipment installed and everything works and sounds great! The following week I noticed that my 12v power outlet wasn't working and I brought it back having convinced myself that there was an issue with the wiring. David and the rest of the crew replaced the fuse that I had missed and sent me on my way free of charge. Thanks again! I will be back and I recommend that you give them a call if you're in need of any of their services.

I'd give it 10 out of 10 too! Stefan and his crew are AMAZING. My wife and I have been in 3 separate times and we constantly get excellent service. They also stand behind their work. My remote was acting weird and Stefan re-worked it with a smile and said if I ever have any other problems just bring it in - no charge, we got ya covered. But they will be getting a pizza delivered tomorrow for lunch as my thank you to Stefan and his crew. This is what great service looks like, ya can't go wrong with The Stereo Store.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Throughout the whole process they were informative, prompt and overall great customer service!
